Get in touch with @Dave0176 or @EzzyT - they can handle the disconnect/reconnect part, and will probably know someone who can strip and repaint them.

We had most of our radiators pulled and delivered to a company that does powder coating and vehicle wraps down here in South Jersey. They turned them around in about 10 days.

They media-blasted them to bare metal, then powder coated and baked them. Flawless finish, and it preserves the casting detail in our more ornate radiators. After three heating seasons, they look as good now as when we got them back from the shop.

This outfit does radiators and were able to show photos of past projects. You do not want to be the first radiator project for someone.

Hardest part of this was for the guys from my heating contractor humping radiators in and out of the house.
