We theorize laminar, and turbulent flow states in a pipe. This video shows laminar flow as a stream. Interesting the properties it has when not in a pipe.

    That's a very interesting video @Gordy. Reminds me of the fountains at EPCOT.
    I have always wondered how they get those shoots of water out of those EPCOT fountains. (Not that this is what they do of course.)
