The video can explain better than I can. I replaced the nozzle, cleaned the pump filter/screen. I haven't changed the cartridge filter yet as I cant find one local on a sunday. Little over a 1/4 tank of oil.

The problem

Not sure where to go from here. Any help would be appreciated.

Is the burner motor starting? If so, do you have a gauge that you can attach to the pump or nozzle line to check oil pressure? Is the coupling good?

You really need to do the filter once you confirm the motor is starting.

Loose/broken wire, or bad relay in one or more of the components.
Now that you changed your nozzle, did you do a combustion test?

There was an error rendering this rich post.

Confirm solid thermostat call for heat. If that is good then probably new control.

Those three wire primary controls are garbage. Buy a Honeywell R7284U and set it up for interrupted ignition. It might not be the problem, but it will be a great improvement to the boiler.
