I am changing out some vents on my radiators for my 1pipe steam system , can I use a Dole 1933 in place of the Homart 775.8816. The Homart appears to be a bit longer.

If it is a steam system, then we like the Big Mouth, which is good for 50 feet of 2 inch pipe, at very low pressures, (1.5 psi, or lower for economy).
Is your system a small household system?—NBC0 -
I have a 1 pipe steam system. I am not sure what you mean by a small household system, but my home is 350o sqft.New owner of 1 Pipe Steam Boiler - learning all I can- no real steam pro in S.W. Michigan - if you know of 1 -let me know.0

Are you having some problems which would indicate a lack of venting?
First verify your main vents to be working, and adequate, then check your radiator vents.
Use slower vents on the radiators, and fast ones on the mains.—NBC0
