Fiberglass Wrap on Steam Pipes

I have fiberglass jackets on my pipes but some areas are exposed like the 90 degree pipes, T pipes and the first pipe from the boiler that goes to the header.
Can I use this fiberglass wrap to completely insulate the pipes?

I saw the Q/A part and the manufacturer says it can be used on the pipe after 3 feet. Then other answers just say you can use it on steam pipes.

You can, but compare this stuff, it's thicker and probably cheaper than the HD stuff, which is very thin and really expensive
