I know there’s a few of you who do conversion guns and wondering if facing the same situation what boiler do you find as the least problematic to convert . I used to do a lot of oil years ago now not much we used mostly Weil or peerless . I was planning on a peerless wbv 085 03 and upgrading w a ez gas when they finally get a gas line ran .of course it’s a trades person I know so there always looking for the bargain of some sorts which I know from experience does not exist peace n good luck clammy ps take the mega off the block

I've done many Beckett CG4 in both Peerless WBV and EC boilers with no issues

Weil-McLain SGO or Slant/Fin Intrepid. Carlin EZ-Gas burners run well in these models, and we've used a couple Midco ECs in them as well.

Thanks for the input . The boiler a Utica n she done but running w a hole . Would consider just block but this series has had issues being I ve seen a mass of there blocks at a certain supply house so I’ll take that as no good on a block n just offer a new oil set up n when ever they are ready n have a gas line to the house do a switch . Thanks pace and good luck
