IBC DC20-125 boiler making noise on LP

Has anyone run into an issue with this boiler making a howling noise on LP? In for two weeks and can't seem to solve the issue.

    It needs to be properly set up. Gas pressure checked and adjusted w/ a combustion analyzer.

    If your installer is having difficulty w/ this he should call IBC and talk to one of the tech guys. Depending on where you are a IBC rep could even go out... Where are you located?
