Need Help Identifying Manufacturer of this Manifold (and Valves)

Hi,

I need to identify the manufacturer of the manifold shown in the attached photos so that I can purchase replacement valves. I believe the manifold was installed around 2014. I contacted the company that installed the system and they claim the manifold was from Mr. PEX. The techs at Mr. PEX say it's not one of theirs. Any help would be appreciated!

    Thanks for responding, Bob. I sent my photos to Supply House who checked with Uponor and they said it was not an Uponor manifold.
