so im installing radiant floor heating in my house im using a harman sf260 wood boiler that i converted over to burn waste oil on my harman it has two one inch ports to add electric water heater elements for a backup what are your opinions of doing that i already planned to run the boiler at 150 degrees or so and i would set the electric elements to run about 130 i know that wouldn't be the most cost effective thing in the world but it would be a good back up for if the oil went out i would still have enough heat in the system to heat the house i know some people even run their homes off an electric water heater
