Boiler cycling

My boiler in a 2 story house runs for 90 seconds then cycles off for 6-7 minutes. Outside temp is about 30. New Honeywell tstat set for .08 steam. Can this be a problem for my boiler, overuse etc. What will happen when it gets cold in Jan. or Feb. With old tstat, boiler ran for 7 minutes and cycled off for 20 minutes on coldest days, 1-4 hours when warmer.

The first thing you need to determine is whether the boiler is cycling off the pressuretrol or the t-stat. If you jumper the t-stat you will know. What model is the t-stat?"If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough"

The boiler is cycling off the tstat. It's a Honeywell CT 30 series. Over the last week the cycling has stretched out to 3-4 minutes on and 10-12 minutes off.0
