Hi everyone. I live in Beacon, NY (Dutchess County), and currently have a near-40-year-old and dying oil Peerless steam boiler. The system is one-pipe, and has no issues with hammering, full radiator heating, or even-ish heating across the home. I also have a gas line in my home, stubbed off near the current boiler. I'd like to have a wet boiler installed with a gas gun, which won't kill the boiler's warranty. I can't find any close by contractors. Anyone have a recommendation for my area?
