Need help deciding gas condensing boiler

What do you recommend between Buderus GB142-24, Greenstar ZBR21-3, HTP EFT-80, and Triangle Tube PA80? Thanks.

    They're all good. The installer, however, is at least nine tenths of a successful and happy job -- so pick the installer first, then go with the make he or she is happiest with.

    And make sure that it is sized properly...

    They are all good, don't be afraid to check out Lochinvar also. Just make sure they have a "Combustion Analyzer", set the boiler up with it, and leave the analysis of the boiler with you, and or the boiler.

    That's almost like insurance for the boilers life span. Each time it gets a check up should be a analysis done, and the report left with it.

    IF you’re willing to go mod/con look at the 10:1 turn down ratios. Like the HTP uft 80 or similar.

    As has been said, the installation is more important than the boiler make. My personal preference is Lochinvar as DZoro mentioned. Another thing to consider is the availability of parts. Which of the brands you mentioned is best represented in your area? Are there supply houses or installers/service companies who are likely to have parts on hand when you need an emergency repair on a cold day? Nothing worse than waiting 3 days for an ignitor that will take 5 minutes to install....
