How do I set BuderusGB142 to High Fire after cleaning?

Hello
I have a Buderus GB145-30 Gas Fired High Eff Boiler.
After the cleaning that I plan to do..how do I set the boiler to High Fire for the intense burn off in the manifold?
I just can't figure it out!

    Your heating pro should know when he performs the combustion analysis on both high and low fire.

    Once I clean out the GB 145 Boiler...and spray mineral oil onto the manifolds....I'm told to put the boiler into high fire mode.
    How is that done??? Is it just hitting the chimney sweep button?

    Press it until the decimal point is displayed.
