No Heat Base Zone

in Gas Heating
installed gas fired hw system. have two B&G 100 series circulators with one Flo Contro. Top floor zone 1 1/4 pipe Basement zone 3/4 Copper loop. Top floor getiing plenty of heat. Base zone cold.

    How many BTU do you want to put through that basement loop? And -- is the circulator for that loop actually running when wanted? Are any valves on the loop fully open? And last -- has it been properly purged of air?
