Recommend steam heating contrators in Metro West MA

I need to replace a 5-year Burnham has steam boiler and possible some re-piping etc. There is a hole above the heating exchanger probably due to previous owners ‘ adding too much fresh water into the system rather than fixing leaking in air vents and supply valves. Tried to use the finding contractors feature from the forum and was disappointed that most of them were still chuckleheads. The location is in Metro West Massachusetts. Would like to use any other better brands rather than Burnham which seems easy to break.

Tried that exactly. Got chuckleheads knew very little about steam heating.

Metro west MA? By which I presume you mean somewhere between Route 128 and I 495? Try either Charles Garrity or New England Steam Works. They are both in the find a contractor listing for Massachusetts, and are pretty well regarded around here.

Though, New England Steam Works’s website said it only service eastern MA.

Charlies Garrity office is one and a half hour driving to here, so I doubt they will service my area.
