I like your clean zone valve arrangement Harvey. And I too noticed the bit of EMT, always cleans up wires as far as I'm concerned.

How do you like the Caleffi zone control? I've used Taco exclusively so far. How do they compare?

Very nice, I too have been prefabbing. Are you removing the boiler from the board when delivering and taking into the jobsite? Then re installing the boiler?

The homeowners don't know how lucky they are to have you on the job Harvey (and Robert)!

Have you had good results with the Saniflo SaniCONDENS Condensate Pump?
I have one waiting to install but the reviews here were mixed so I haven't taken it out of the box yet. I'm still using the gravity fed neutralizer tube which is a pain to service vs. a the pull-out tray on the Saniflo pump.

Thanks! I don't do it often enough to be very good at it. The one piece has 4 bends in it. I screwed up on my first attempt.

It does help clean things up.

They are both good controls, as far as I'm concerned. The caleffi does have more space for wiring, which I like.

Correct. All the piping has unions. The wiring harness remains coiled in the boiler to be connected to the j-box after the boiler is hung.

I like the saniflow and have had no problems with it. It's a great space saver and easy service.
