2005 installed ICP 5 Ton system, the Jersey shore is rough on air conditioning units, this place is only .5 mile from the ocean. The store opens at 5AM and closes at 3PM, so all work had to be done in the store after hours, so it was a long Friday night ripping out that AHU above the drop ceiling and installing the new. Crane put the condenser up on the roof for me, all in all wasn’t too bad, it just was HOT extremely hot and humid, but we got through it.
