in Oil Heating
I have a leak in oil boiler. Leaks when hot water is called for. It has now stopped leaking after a week. It is very hot in basement and there is a smell. Waiting on new boiler. Turned this one off for safety. Any thoughts?

So far so good. Leave the old one that leaks off. What is the smell like? Oil? If the leak was serious, could it be a mould problem?Br. Jamie, osb

You might just need an expansion tank and relief valve, who said you need a new boiler?0
