aluminum finned radiator

I have one in my upstairs large upstairs bedroom. The radiator is about 14 ft. long. I read that one pipe radiators should be tilted back a few degrees to allow drainage. I measured and discovered that it was installed level from one end to the other. It has been this way forever but I am wondering if it would heat more efficiently if I had my local contractor elevate it to the proper angle so it would drain better or should I just carry on as it is?

If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

14’ is pretty long for 1 pipe. Mind snapping a picture for inquiring folks?
