I saw his videos some years ago and politely commented to him that maybe, just maybe, perhaps, there was a bit more to steam venting than was drempt of in his philosophy.

Well these days people are looking to the net for info and they believe what they see, from news to claims to expert advice to fixing your car, your home, and much of it is not accurate.

On YT my understanding is if you get 1mil views you get 20k, so there's the motivation. Everyone in America is suddenly a tv star with their own show, but they never took the time to educate themselves first.

Which is why we need to bring this guy into our fold so he can continue to learn.

Come on, guys. 25-30 years ago I used to vent steam systems that way. And I didn't know the magic of low pressure. I discovered Lost Art on my own, long before this site was started as "danholohan.com".

When we find someone who is interested in steam, we need to bring him in. Someone needs to push back against all the heat-pump pushers.
