I thoroughly enjoyed this. I listened to it all the way through in one sitting as Dan held my attention telling how they collect from a delinquent tenant in a Russian condo to how a cat scan is used to detect leaking radiant pipes in a concrete slab on Long Island.

There's a wealth of technical info that even a well-seasoned pro can glean from. I highly recommend this to everyone interested in hydronic heating. It would be a bargain at twice the price.

I'm going to suggest to my boss that all of the employees need to watch this. Unfortunately I'm probably the only one who wants to see it.

Knowledge is power. This is a powerful video for anyone involved in HVAC.

It’s good to know why, and not have to always ask. It’s the key to getting ahead in this business.

I agree Dan. I just purchased three of your books. I'm really looking forward to reading them. I think they will help me become a better technician.
