Lbs steam/hr at what pressure?

I would like to know how Lbs of steam per/hr is affected by PSI?

Heat of vaporization drops as pressure increases. So the lb per hour output actually goes up because burner output is the same and boiler efficiency only drops very slightly as water temp increases. The steam however, being more dense actually moves a little slower.0

Most boilers are rated in lb of steam/hour from and at 212 deg. That means 212 deg water changed to steam at 212 deg.
As psi goes up saturation temperature goes up, latent heat of the steam goes down.
Temperature of the condensate returning to the boiler is a big factor. The warmer the condensate the less work the boiler has to do to generate steam.
The lower the pressure the boiler can run at the more economical it will be to operate. The higher the pressure the more fuel you burn, and steam heats with latent heat so as pressure goes up (and latent heat is reduced) you then need more lb/hr to do the job. The only reason to run higher pressure is for steam distribution (higher pressure=smaller pipe) of if a higher temperature is needed0
