Is there some one or a program I can use for figuring heat loos. Have a house in DC that is being completely redone and they would like to go back with cast iron baseboard. What was there where radiators but those are gone.

    Slant Fin has an app that's well respected as a sanity check, but the guys who do this for a living mostly recommend a full-on Manual J.

    Is this hot water or steam? If it's steam be cautious with the way the baseboard is piped. The Slant Fin app is what you need as @ratio mentioned
