Do my four zones need to be balanced against each other or just the circuits in each zone?
Thanks

I have 24v Caleffi Z-one valves with two black and two red wire leads.
The gauge is not mentioned in the spec sheet. I have a left over spool of four color phone wire. Can I use it or is the gauge to small?

Phone wire varies a bit in size. Some of the old ones would probably work. The newer stuff is not big enough.

HD and Lowes carry proper 18 gauge T-stat wire in 2-8 conductor rolls.

Phone wire is 24 gauge, use 18 gauge thermostat wire. Phone wire that is four conductor and not Cat 5 phone wire has a color code of red, black. green, yellow.

@Rich brings up a valid point for proper circulator sizing. If not heat loss then head loss :)
