Send an email to either Barnes and Jones or Tunstal, and you may get a quicker response.
Are they not working?

Each Trap has 1/2" plug which i have taken out to look inside best i can, during operation of boiler nothing changes if plugs are out or in. during start up I can some times hear and feel cold air venting out the vent trap but no sounds or anything from the BRT. I suspect both have mud in bottom. Thinking about just sticking hose in plug hole to try and clean out? Don't want to take off cover plates unless rebuild parts are available0
