AS boiler not heating as usual

I live the winters of Cleveland, Ohio. This 2018 the AS boiler, and base board system, has not been able to bring the house above 68 degrees like in the past. The only change from last winter was the replacement of the circulating pump. Can this be because of the cold weather we are having or an indication of some malfunctioning of the boiler? Thanks for any advise.

What was the circulating pump changed from, and to? Same flow and head capacity? Same orientation? Same piping? When something goes west after a change, first thing to look at is the change...Br. Jamie, osb
