    Its TP and crap. No bad stuff...

    They NEVER had this issue until they had me swap out the toilets for the 1.28/ 1.6 GPF.

    I'm looking at some right now on Craigslist....

    Run a camera look for possible low bellies. May have some broken supports. Or who knows what you may discover. But it would be time well spent, go in from a few different toilets. Maybe some of the more troublesome ones. Also look for the venting.
