Need help on how to remove Furnace gas manifold.

Pictures of the gas line just before the unit and taken further back would help.
First of all shut of the gas and also make sure the pilot is shut off. The valve you are showing is a millivolt (Powerpile Honeywell gas valve). The number is probably VS-8187.
Next look for the union that connects them gas line to the gas valve. Then after breaking the union look for what is holding the manifold to the equipment and unscrew or un bolt. It should then slide off the burners and you have the manifold in your hands.
Now the million dollar question? Why do you want to do this what is your problem? How handy are you with wrenches and tools?0
