Storage tank - recommendations

I am a home owner and I have a GSHP (ground source heat pump) system for comfort heating and cooling. It has a tank in the primary loop off the heat pump unit. The tank that was installed is probably steel and has fiberglass insulation underneath a steel jacket. During cooling season, the insulation becomes saturated with water from condensation.
I am wondering if anyone could recommend a storage tank that is insulated for chilled water, but also capable of storing hot water (less than 120 degF). The tank is probably about 30 gallons. No bladder, no coils. Has inlet and outlet and drain bungs, and a sensor well.

Look for a foamed tank, every metal part needs to be sealed well including any connections into the tank.
A true chilled water tank will have a baffle in it to drive the fluid through the entire tank. Look for a tank designed for chiller water application. Most of the typical tank manufacturers have them available, Wessel, CemLine AO Smith, etc. Chiller manufacturers typically private label from one of these manufacturers.
We installed a typical 4 port connection tank in our plant, it did not do much buffering as flow just went straight across the tank.
