Defective steam vent?

Hi everybody!

First of all, let me introduce myself. My name is Damian and I am new to this forum.
I recently moved to NY (from South America) and I’m starting the deal with all the ‘heating’ topics.

Anyways, long story short... there was defective steam air vent (constant and annoying whistle). I went to Home Depot, bought a replacement one and I installed on the radiator.

2 hours after installing it, it started to make this new annoying noise. See YouTube link: https://youtu.be/fqrEn6AzIi0

Questions are:
- Is this valve defective?
- if yes, is it of poor quality?
- And if yes, which brand do you recommend me?

Any help will be very much appreciated!!

    2. -- The big box vents vary in quality and sometimes you get lucky. Sometimes, not so much...
