May be a stupid question but is the boiler/controls on a seperate breaker from the circulators? Is that control fused?

is this a cg boiler? Single circ wired to the boiler or multiple wired to a circ control? Hard to trouble shoot without a meter..

Go to "R" to "BR" do you have 24 volts? If so then your 120 volts and your transformer are okay.
