Hello to all. I have a 25 year old Weil McLain gas boiler water vent valve #78 leaking. Can these valves by rebuilt? (if so, where to get a kit) or is something more modern used in place of this #78 unit? Not only is this valve hard to find in my area..but terribly expensive. Thanks.

Is this a pressure relief valve, or a device for relieving trapped air in the system?--NBC0
