Leaked expansion tank

The expansion tank of our boiler had a pinhole leak last night and I patched it. I am wondering if I need to had it replaced or check the pressure or something. Thanks.

Also make sure it is sized correctly. If the tank is undersized it can push the diaphragm to the end and cause premature failure

The other thing I have seen is pinholes happening in tanks where the tubing in the system is of the non oxygen barrier variety. This causes premature failure of the tank.

Need to replace it of course, but how did you patch it?
