Hi.We have a pair of Smith Steam Boilers..our installer whom we loved is no longer reachable. So we've signed up to the "worry free" thing with pse&g..when I asked our installer back then about that program he said "they call us". Is it true ?,.do they call heating pros in th area to do the work, or do they have they're own in house people ? Thanks

    They don’t call in Heating pros they keep everything in house. The worry free contract only covers the heating and cooling equipment (Boiler, furnace& compressor)it doesn’t cover and part of the system.

    On your other post you mentioned Jstar. @EzzyT and @Dave0176 both work that area and both are great with steam.

    I guess it's too late now as you already signed a contract.
