Pex runs in basement

The basement is a heated space and I have pex al pex running up to feed cast iron radiators my question is should I space the pex at certain spacing and if I have flow and return close together will one transfer heat to the other and lastly is it a good idea to insulate the pex?

Insulating the lines is a good idea and in the IRC code.
As long as the tubes are not touching, you will not need to worry about the heat transferring.

Hello, Plastics emit radiant heat about nine times better than new copper. Insulate! ;)
