How to identify a low resistance hydronic boiler.

I am looking at redoing some of the plumbing around my boiler to support 2 zones. While reading the book "Modern Hydronic Heating" it shows a boiler setup with 1 pump and 4 way valve. It mentions that this setup can only work on a boiler with low resistance as the momentum in the primary look will keep the water circulating. I don't understand how to identify if I have a compatible boiler thats "low resistance".

My boiler is a Crown Aruba DG225 with an output of 180k BTU and I think its about 30 years old.

Older cast iron boilers like yours are exactly what he is referring to.
