I have an oil boiler (250,000BTU 217,000 Net 1 1/2 pipe), would like piping drawing for 5 zones: 1. Water heater (indirect) 2. heat exchanger(for radiant floor 11,000 sqft) 3. 1st floor 4. 2nd floor 5. basement

So you'll need to hire a person to do that. Alot more involved than just drawing a sketch.
You really need a complete heat loss to determine what you need. From there a drawing can be generated.
There are people on here who can help you with that.
One of them who would do a fantastic job, if he's available:

I am curious as why you need the heat exchanger?
