radiator not heating

in Strictly Steam
Small steam boiler 125000 btuh 1 pipe steam. Radiator in kitchen only half getting hot.new return vents. Radiator is at far end of system about 40FT from boiler.Took radiator vent off, no better ,not even hearing air venting.boiler is running full cycles. Other radiators working.Pitch is good on radiator.

    Any water hammer noise? What size is the pipe to kitchen?
    Is all the piping insulated?

    No noise.pipe is 1 inch I think,same as rest.no pipe insulation. Pipe leading to and half the radiator are very hot. I would think I would hear hissing with vent removed.Return line vent was completely clogged

    If you took the air vent off the radiator and all the other radiators are hot, your boiler might be under sized.
    Have you checked the system size by measuring all the radiators?
    How many radiators do you have?
    Are the air vents adjustable?
    If you can close 2 or 3 of your other radiator vents, you may be able to deliver the steam to that last radiator.

    Insulating that line to the radiator might be enough to get it all hot.

    Insulating all the piping might get it there. Pipes were most likely insulated on original installation.
    The basement piping has turned into radiators below your feet.

    Is the kitchen colder than the other rooms?

    What vents are on all of the radiators?
