Greenstar 151/FW200 Baseboard Heating Issues

I just had a Greenstar 151 with FW200 installed and the hot water works but the only way I can get the baseboards to turn on is if the emissions button is on, even with the thermostats off it will run hot water to them. I have 3 zones and 1 circular pump and I believe the piping is done correctly (primary and secondary). Can someone help me trouble shoot? I have run out of options to look at. Thanks!

    What's your outside temp?

    It's probably in warm weather shutdown.

    I agree....You will need to go into the program to change the settings.
