Seismic clips

Im on a new job with 3 Trane RTUs..
The engineers called for some VIRs..(vibration isolation rails)

Weve read paperwork on it from 2 different sources but no one does it include anything about these siesmic clips...see picture.

Anyone familiar with these and where they go? How to install them?

    Of course i cant post the picture on my phone and my wife has the laptop in Africa....

    Short stainless cables with eyelets on each end? I've seen them just screwed down to the unit & rail with self-tappers.
