Triangle tube boiler grinding noise

Hello,

My boiler has recently started making some loud grinding noise and it literally sounds like it's about to explode or something. A plumber came out and looked at it but didn't know what was wrong so he just tightened up some screws and left. It sounds like a power saw struggling to cut through wood. It's loud and numbers on the boiler go from 4000 to 0146.

It's the only thing in there that moves other then the pump so I agree it is the blower fan. But on the bright side you get a cool screw driver with replacement blower.
