Have an existing furnace with 3 current zones, two heat zones, and a DHW tank zone all controlled by a Taco SR-503 and Hydrostat Model 3150. I am adding a heating zone in my basement and have a Taco SR-501 I would like to wire in but not positive on how it should be wired into the existing system.

    Ironman,

I assume I wire it like the second page shows as a master and then move the DHW pump to the SR-501 and the SR-503 becomes a slave my 3 zones of heating? I have attached an image as a
    reference.

Do you have a cast iron boiler or a mod/con?

It's a Buderus G115WS/4 which is cast iron.

What if anything is powered by C1 on Hydrostat?

Nothing is connected to C1. I've attached some images also.
