Ecostyle vs. Buderus rads; Ecostyle deal or get what you pay for?

Hi all,
I am trying to decide between getting Ecostyle and Buderus radiators for my house, which will have hot water heat. Ecostyle is less expensive, sometimes a good bit so, depending on the dimensions you get. But... is it a deal or do you just get what you pay for?
The only other mention of Ecostyle on The Wall said that they throw off less heat than Buderus. Is that true? Is there a way to compensate for this so that you still get a good system?
Also, does anyone know if you can add the little thermostats you add onto a radiator--to create a mini-zone--to an Ecostyle? I know you can do it for a Buderus. Here is a link to what I am talking about: https://www.hvacusa.com/danfoss-heating_013G-8250?gclid=CPnBqPHRutICFYZLDQodoCoGKg

I don't have first hand experience with Ecostyle.
They do appear to be compatible with trv's for individual control.
As with any product, you should do a room by room heat loss and size the radiators based on that and your design water temp. With condensing boilers you would get the most efficiency if you use water temps below 130.
All manufactures publish heat output charts so you can easily compare one brand to another.
