Hot water boiler problems

Well the relief valve was triggered at 30 psi. But here is the rub. The boiler was off. So must be the pressure reducer because city water is 70 psi. Changed out the pressure regulator...Watts 1156F and the pressure relief valve 30 psi. Boiler still hitting the 30 psi and dumps. Remove the expansion tank and install new Extrol SX-30V. Boiler still dumps at 30 psi. Currently boiler is off and temp reads 100 degrees. Pressure is over 30 psi and dumping water....Help

You guys beat me to the punch.
If an indirect, I'll say it's a Superstor, Weil McLain or Triangle Tube bladder tank. Wagers?0 -

I bet Tankless coil, too.
