Along the way:
This system was a combination of a 120+ year old one and two pipe air vent system. One of the returns would not hold air pressure and was inaccessible; so, we did a modification and eliminated that return and one first floor rad and re-worked the branch feeding the other rad's to drain counter Flow:
Two Big Mouth vents clear the 80' 2 1/2" main in less than three minutes.

So this is the exact same boiler as the lennox GSB?
And it worked well with the 2 2inch risers?0 -
225,000 BTUH input with 7 sections?
And a 3" header?0
