I am a HVAC guy who has very little experience with baseboard heating systems. My brother has a small leak and I want to give him a hand fixing it for him. It is in pretty badly oxidized, but I am pretty sure its a TMV. Please let me know what you think.

It does look like a mixing or diverting valve of some sorts. Clean it off better maybe.Bob "hot rod" Rohr

I took it to a pluming supply store they were stumped as well. There is only so much you can diagnose from a picture. I am going to go over tomorrow night to check it out.0
