Lochinvar Knight KB-106 Outlet Temp Diff Fault

I have had this fault several times in the last two weeks. The boiler resets and faults again within hours. The part I don't understand is each time, the sensors are reading the same temperature. First time they both showed 151 degrees, then 161, 181, 191, etc. Any ideas? The service manual talks about checking wiring, replacing sensors and replacing the control module. Because there is no difference in the temp sensed between the two sensors, should I try and replace the control module? Thanks for any educated help you can give. Stay warm!

I know triangle tube's will show that fault if there is no flow through the boiler. Is it piped primary secondary? You may have a problem with the boiler circ, maybe just a loose wire."If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough"
