just wondering, does anyone know if it's possible to put a two stage york furnace into high fire only? (wire across w1 and w2?) I have one that the customer requested, and once installed does not like the low fire time. Using a single stage t-stat allow's you to set the timer to 10 minutes low fire but he feels it's blowing cold air. Tried getting through to tech support but gave up after 45 minutes on hold...

    I can't see an issue jumping W1 to W2. That's what happens when you get a high heat call from the stat. WRT blowing cool air, check the fan speed. Maybe you could slow it down on low heat & make it "hotter".
