Glowcore boiler replacement

I have to replace a Glowcore GB90 and was curious if there was a similar model. We had many problems with this junk. We also had to drill 2 1/2" exhaust and intake holes through our logs, so a model with similar external fittings would work best. Cold water manifold lines and 2 1/2" intake on left side, hot water return and exhaust on right side. We live at about 6000 ft and run on propane. I would like to buy a well known brand rated at 90000 BTU or higher. Any suggestions? Thanks

Wow! A Glowcore (aka Blowcore) still running till now...
I like the IBC HC wall hung boiler.
vents in 2" pvc or the like.
    Bottom tappings.

I'm surprised that your Glowcore lasted this long. They and Hydrotherm's Pulse boilers were the first American experiments with condensing boilers.

I like Lochinvar products. The Knight KHN110 (floor mounted) or the WHN110 (wall mounted) would be your size:

Do you have in-slab radiant heating?

The only problem is that they both have 3" flues that would be too large to fit through the existing 2½" holes. I would calculate the heatloss of your house to see if you can get by with the next size down (the -085) which has a 2" exhaust and make-up.

    8.33 lbs./gal. x 60 min./hr. x 20°ΔT = 10,000 BTU's/hour

Two btu per sq ft for degree difference for a slab
