Tekmar 562 wont turn on fan

Just installed a new Tekmar 562 and I can't get it to close the fan contact. Auto or manual doesn't work. I've tried adjusting which heat calls turn on the fan doesn't matter. I get rh1 and rh2 to close. But can't get the fan.

    I would get with tech support. They are quite good and should be able to resolve this...

    Called today closed for the holiday. Will try later next week. Good to hear their tech support is good!
